Installation of DVD

For the installation of the dvd re-writer i checked i had all equipment i.e. IDE cables (Intergrated Driver Electronics) because the mother bored notices that its a DVD - writer it needs no installation CD so it is just plug and play.

copying and deleteing files

To copy and delete a file you locate the file you want to copy or delete and right click on the file and this will appear ….

if you want to delete the file you click delete and it will then ask you if your are sure that you want to delete this file and you click yes and it will be send to your rubish bin to wait to be emptyed.

If you click copy the file will become translucent and faded and you locate where you want to "paste" the new file and you right click agian in an empty space and click "paste" as shown below

installation of a printer

For a part of this assignment I have to install a Epson C60 printer, before I started to do anything I checked that all the cabling was there such as the power cable and the USB at mini USB to connect it to the computer , I would have used the installation CD but it wasn’t there so I used the legit downloads off there website http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=14416&infoType=Downloads I installed the drivers and used it as a default printer. As you can see in the picture I had successfully installed the drivers
