There is a range of utility software available for PC's that can help with the up keep of health with your PC and stop any adware or spyware.


A programme witch is widley used and very good is AVG free software witch scans your computer for viruses and bots and once detected they are either locked in a vault witch can be deleted or they can be deleted straight away.

Another programme witch helps with the health and performance with your PC is Norton anti-virus this is one of the most widley used PC protection programmes in the world , Norton provides protection from Viruses , spyware , worms , key loggers and everything else.

These are both very good programmes but i personaly prefer AVG because Norton takes over your PC and i have had alot of problems with iit in the past.
